Is it possible to add potassium nitrate to the high concentration whitening gel without damaging the gums?

We made 35% CP potassium nitrate glue, which is unstable and can't be made at high temperature. This glue includes 22% potassium nitrate glue, 35% potassium nitrate glue, and 6% potassium nitrate glue. It has not been confirmed whether it can whiten and not burn the gums. It is not recommended to use this glue in summer. This glue is very unstable. In a 45-degree incubator, the tube will swell after a day.

The slightly better effect for the household population is 22% cp. Is there a concentration that can not harm the gums but also whiten the teeth intensively?

You can try 20% PAP

Can 35% cp be made with gold powder? What is the concentration below 3% hp? Can we make 18% of PAP gel? Is this concentration of gel as effective as 16% HP? Can fluoride be added to 30% cp?

It is easy to produce bubbles and unstable under high temperature. There is 2% hp. The maximum concentration of PAP is 20%, and no comparative experiment has been made between PAP glue and 16% HP glue. It will become thinner, and the transparency of the glue cannot be affected by adding no more than 0.5.

Which kind of test did you do for mouth tray/mouth guard?

Biocompatibility test, including cytotoxicity test, skin irritation test and guinea pig delayed contact sensitization test.
